We stand behind our product; more importantly, though, we stand behind you. If our product does not perform for you as promised, we will exchange or refund your return up to thirty days from the date of purchase after a return merchandise authorization (RMA) has been processed. 

To process your return, contact our customer service line at 855.877.2886 to receive a return label via email. Please include the return label and packing slip with the product in resale condition and original packaging. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your product credit with ARYSE. If a mistake was made by our team during the shipping process, ARYSE is happy to pay the cost of return shipping.

 
Resellers, Teams, and Traditional DMEs:
 
If our product does not perform for your client as promised, we will offer an exchange or credit your ARYSE account after a return merchandise authorization (RMA) has been processed. The product must be returned within six months of the purchase date and be in resale condition with original packaging. Exchanges or credits must be used on ARYSE products and will expire six months from the date of return. If a mistake was made by our team during the shipping process, ARYSE is happy to pay the cost of return shipping.
 
Mail-Order DMEs:
 
If our product does not perform for your client as promised, we will credit your ARYSE account. Credits must be used on ARYSE products and will expire six months from the date of return. In order to process a return made by your client, the product must be returned within thirty days in resale condition and original packaging.
