- Loosen strap of walking boot and remove liner
- Place foot in liner and secure with hook-and-loop straps, starting from toes and working up leg until snug
- Step into walking boot
- Place straps through matching slits
- Secure boot straps starting at toes and working up leg
- To inflate air bladder, turn inflate/deflate knob clockwise to lock in air; press blue air pump button repeatedly to inflate liner to desired comfort level
- To deflate air bladder, turn inflate/deflate knob counter-clockwise
- Deflate liner prior to removing walking boot
