- Secure thigh wrap around upper leg to provide compression to affected hamstring, or wear compression shorts in place of thigh wrap
- Secure nylon belt with attached straps around waist using d-rings, and tighten until snug
- Allow two straps to dangle down to the floor, positioning one strap (strap A) between buttocks and the second strap (strap B) 2-3 inches laterally toward affected leg
- Position subject face down on training table with pillow (not included) under knee of affected leg and flex leg at a 90-degree angle
- Pull strap B toward the medial side of shin of affected leg, crossing affected hamstring
- Pull strap B tight to remove slack and create tension
- Pull strap B across anterior of shin just below knee cap
- Continue spiraling strap B down lower leg, securing strap around ankle with attached hook-and-loop fastener (cut off excess material of strap B if necessary)
- Pull strap A toward lateral side of shin of affected leg, crossing strap B at hamstring
- Pull strap A tight to remove slack and create tension
- Pull strap A across anterior of shin just below knee cap
- Continue spiraling strap A down lower leg, securing strap around ankle (over strap B) with attached hook-and-loop fastener (cut off excess material of strap A if necessary)
- To prevent migration, secure straps A and B below knee cap with strap possessing ARYSE logo
