For Valgus Correction (leg bowing in): Wear the brace on inside of the affected leg.
For Varus Correction (leg bowing out): Wear the brace on outside of the affected leg.
When worn correctly, the logo will always be facing up.
- Unfasten and loosen straps
- Align hinge with center of knee joint
- Secure and fasten all straps starting with straps closest to the knee. Each strap can be tightened further by cutting straps and reattaching y-hook-and-loop fasteners
- Use the allen wrench provided for minor varus/valgus adjustments to hinge
