Shipping Information
- Order processing times are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central Standard Time (CST) (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 3 PM (CST) are shipped the following business day.
- Our standard shipping method is UPS. If shipping to a PO Box with an expedited shipping method, a physical address is required.
- Expedited shipping is available for orders for an additional cost.
- International shipping is available, however free shipping is unavailable for international orders.
- Store pick-up is available at ARYSE's headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. If you are in the area and would like to pick up your order, please email support@aryse.com so we can have it ready for you.
Returns Information
We stand behind our products. More importantly, we stand behind you. ARYSE offers free returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase (excluding international orders). Please email support@aryse.com to get an RMA started.
If any ARYSE product has a defect in material or workmanship within six months of the purchase date, please email photos of your product to ARYSE at support@aryse.com for assistance. Please include your order number in the subject line for the fastest return or exchange process. If a return label is issued, it will be sent to you via email. When returning, please include the packing slip with the product in resale condition and original packaging. Returns and exchanges will be refunded within 48 business hours of arrival to our warehouse.
Please call your supplier with any questions unrelated to the warranty. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or to defects resulting from any customer actions, such as mishandling, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
